The AllFocus website (the Site) aims to provide access to our software and services. This privacy policy describes the types of information we collect and how we use that information to enable you to use our software and services. At AllFocus, we remain committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your data secure.

Information that We Collect and How We Use it

Registration
When you register for an AllFocus account, you knowingly provide us with certain personal identifiable information, such as your name, your email address, your Allfocus password, your zip code, your gender, and your birth date (collectively "Personal Data"). Your Personal Data is used to identify you in our system, to grant you access to the information in your AllFocus account, to provide you with the software and services, to perform administrative functions such as password change notifications, and to gather feedback to enable us to improve the Site according to your needs. AllFocus will not rent or sell your personal information to anyone. Note that we also require prospective members to confirm the e-mail address provided at registration, preventing someone from registering with another person's e-mail address.
Contact List and Personal Information Management Information
When you sign up for your AllFocus account, you have the option to add and edit contacts and to import your AllFocus address book (Contact List), as well as to add and edit tasks, notes, and messages to your AllFocus calendar (PIM Information). Your Contact List and PIM Information will be password-protected for authorized access online or on a registered cell phone at your request and will not be shared with anyone without your permission. Your Contact List and PIM Information is kept on a secure server with automated backup and quick restore capabilities.
Cookies
When you interact with the Site to gain access to our software or services, AllFocus uses cookies to store information needed to provide a personalized and efficient experience. The session cookies will expire when you close your browser. Also, you can set persistent cookies, that contain the email address, mobile phone number and application name, to expire by clicking on the Sign out link on the Site. The cookies that are created by AllFocus are only used by AllFocus. At no time do we share information from cookies with third parties.

General
If you send us an email with questions or comments, we may use your personal information to respond to your questions or comments, and we may save your questions or comments for future reference. AllFocus shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, or techniques contained in your feedback for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing products incorporating such ideas, concepts, or techniques.
We may occasionally use your name and email address to send you announcements regarding new releases and other AllFocus servces that may be of interest to you. To opt out of all communications, including those are not promotional in nature, you can deactivate your account.
When you subscribe to MobileLiving applications, we do not collect your financial information. We track the phone number and product identification numbers to confirm subscriptions and cancellations by user account.
When you use the Site, our server automatically aggregates certain information that is not personally identifiable, such as your IP address, pages viewed, and keywords typed, solely to gauge traffic patterns, to determine what types of content and services are most popular, and to improve services on the Site.
If you choose to tell a friend about the Site though a hyperlink, we will ask you for your friends' email addresses and automatically send a one-time email inviting them to visit the Site. AllFocus stores this usage information to track the status of our referral program. Recipients may opt-out of receiving future email, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Children Under Age 13
AllFocus does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under the age of 13, you cannot register to become an AllFocus member. If we detect that we have collected Personal Data from a child under age 13 without the consent from the parent or legal guardian, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13 or need to give us your parental approval, please contact us at support at allfocus dot com.
Sharing and Disclosure of your Information with Third Parties
AllFocus uses third party service providers to facilitate some services and therefore we may provide some of your Personal Data directly to them. Some examples include processing credit card payments and providing customer service. These service providers have access to Personal Data and may use it as needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for any other purpose.
When we aggregate non-personally identifiable data on site usage and the information in your profile without identifying you as an individual to third parties, we may disclose such reports in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties, outside of AllFocus, for marketing and promotional purposes.
We may disclose user information when we are required to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory compliance, to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, to protect the property of AllFocus or the safety of its employees or others, to investigate fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activities that are or may be illegal or may expose us or you to liability. We reserve the right to use or disclose non-personally identifiable information in any way we see fit.
We transfer information about you and your account if AllFocus is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, AllFocus will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Links to Other Sites
AllFocus contains links to other websites. Although we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, be aware of those that collect personally identifiable information when you visit them through the Site. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by AllFocus.
Correcting/Updating or Removing Your Information
AllFocus members may modify or remove any of their profile information and web content at any time by logging into their accounts. When the membership is deactivated, the My Account page is no longer available. Any deleted information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to previous users.
Third-party Advertising
Advertisements that appear on AllFocus may be delivered by third party advertisers with cookies downloaded to your computer. In this way, ad servers may compile information about which ads are clicked on to determine the effectiveness of their ads and to deliver targeted advertisements that will be of most interest to you. This privacy statement covers the use of cookes by AllFocus and does not cover the use of cookies or other tracking technologies by any third-party advertisers.
Information Security
AllFocus safeguards the confidentiality of your Personal Data with security measures consistent with industry standards. Your account information is located on a secure server behind a firewall. While we strive to protect your Personal Data, AllFocus cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and to your cell phones from actions outside of our control, such as computer "hacking" and physical theft. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords or any account information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are online. In addition, we request that you not send private information to us through unsecured channels such as email and instant messaging communications.
Terms of Use, Notices and Revisions
When you visit AllFocus, you consent to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Any dispute is subject to limitations on damages, arbitration of, and application of law of the state of Massachusetts. To offer new services to you, we are expanding the Site's capabilities for obtaining information about users in the future. At that time, we will update this privacy statement and ensure that users will always be aware of the changes. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately, and material changes will take effect within 30 days of their posting on the Site at the top of this privacy policy page. Unless stated otherwise, our current privacy policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.
