With a consistent user interface on PCs, online planning can be done at the last minute with the following tabs:

call list. Use it to schedule phone calls so the click-to-call function becomes automatic. For fast data entry, directly look up the contact name and phone number from your address book. You also have the flexibility to add personal notes regarding the call, identify someone not yet on your address book, and keep a record for tracking.

message list. Use it to create text messages and select contacts online. With one click from your cell phone, you can send one message to many friends at once. The contacts for lookup will be limited to those on your address book with cell phone numbers.

to-dos. Use it to set up appointments and meetings that do not require the click-to-call feature.

notes. Use it to make your own index cards for ideas, shopping, etc., which do not require the click-to-call feature and time specifications.
